Theme Upgrade and Wiki Extensions

The dev.at theme has been updated to help convey information about links, tabs and issues with colors and icons. Wiki extensions have been added to enhance the current wiki system.

The dev.at theme has been updated to help convey information about links, tabs and issues with colors and icons. The green is temporary, I literally just dropped in the theme I created for the redmine system I use at work. Wiki extensions have been added to enhance the current wiki system. Check out the Nexuiz Development Wiki for a live example.

Also, Will added a crontab so repository updates will now automatically be seen in the activity tab every 10 minutes.
