Description

Attempt at making ghost items look better and less deceiving, but without changing their purpose or making them harder to spot. I added a colormod and made them black hologramic / shadow-ish items, which imo looks better.

Since I wasn't sure whether or not this is still welcome, I also included a version of the patch which ads the cvar to the Create -> Advanced menu. I included that in a previous patch, but that was in different circumstances so I thought to include it again.

Include cvar to allow recoloring of ghost items (still server-side of course). Leaving the menu change in the same patch really.

No menu option as asked by the devs. Leave -1 -1 -1 in the cvar, coding it was silly. Still leaving black as the default color, since imo that's the best choice.

[18:47:23] <Taoki> I think black looks best. Because when you leave any color on, parts of the texture show, so for health some areas will show stronger than others if the color is red because red with red is stronger. That's why black seems best... its also neutral on any ambiance.
[18:51:17] <Taoki> When i tested, leaving the color to red made health pickups look exactly the same (parts which weren't red like the little blue logo became red, but that's unnoticeable). Green with armor etc.
