Description
Many Users dont vote if a vote is called, i am not sure if this is because they dont now how, or because they dont care.
Anyway, Could you Implement, that the Vote system just ignores not votes, so that a vote is also accepted if you have 2 yes, 1 no 0 abstains and 8 who didnt vote.
I guess this is only a minor change in code, but in my opinion would be great improvement to the current vote system, that encourages everybody to vote.
