The first screeshot is most probably the admins fault for a faulty curl url, file a report to him instead.

And if I'm not mistaken, on the second screenshot you are spectating and have moved out of the map. You have discovered the mighty invisible powers of the commonly too widely utilized map element, caulk! Congratulations. :-P

About black_scr.jpg, dismal was removed in 2.5.2. Since 2.5.1 has it in data*.pk3, it doesn't get downloaded if you don't have the map. Hence, you get a black screen.
