Description

The nasty team kill sound doesn't play the very first time you hit a fellow team member. It only fails after the server has started, or after a change of map. You do receive a damage penalty.

I assume this is a sound caching issue.

Actually, i'm pretty sure this is on purpose. As playing with developer 100 doesn't raise any notifications of a caching issue. I'm on my laptop right now, and can't test this fully, but I will tomorrow. If there is no problem (Which, I want this feature anyway..) then I will close this. For now, feedback.

This little diff pre-caches "the nasty team kill sound" which means that it is played the first time you hit a team member.
